Quality & Inspection
Incoming material is reviewed for applicable requirements including part number, quantity, packaging, labeling, physical condition, and product identification.
Our Georgia facility includes dedicated receiving, inspection, imaging, ESD handling, quarantine, storage, and shipping areas.
Electronic components are handled using appropriate ESD precautions and stored in our climate-controlled Georgia facility when applicable.
ESD-sensitive and moisture-sensitive components are handled using appropriate packaging and storage practices based on the product and customer requirements.
When documentation is available, it can be supplied with the material or provided upon request.
Because documentation varies by product and source, any traceability, certificate, date-code, or manufacturer-documentation requirements should be specified when requesting a quote.
Cyndtek is preparing for ISO 9001 and AS9120 certification, with the certification process scheduled to begin December 1, 2026.
Until certification is complete, Cyndtek does not represent itself as ISO 9001 or AS9120 certified.
Ordering & Shipping
Our primary stocking and operational facility is located in Georgia.
We also maintain capabilities in California for certain pickups, emergency shipments, and logistics requirements. Some products may ship directly from a manufacturer or approved stocking partner.

Cyndtek can coordinate shipments involving lithium batteries and other regulated materials in accordance with applicable shipping requirements. Requirements vary depending on the product, quantity, destination, and transportation method, including DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
Available payment methods and credit terms depend on the customer and order.
Cyndtek can accept common business payment methods including bank wire, ACH, and credit card. Approved customers may also qualify for credit terms.

Cyndtek offers same-day shipping on most in-stock electronic components when orders are received and confirmed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders shipping from our Peachtree City, Georgia facility are typically processed the same business day. Factory-stock and manufacturer-direct orders generally require an additional 12–36 hours for processing, depending on product availability and shipping location.
Expedited shipping options are available for urgent production, maintenance, and electronic component shortage requirements. Customers with time-sensitive orders are encouraged to contact Cyndtek to confirm availability and shipping arrangements before placing an order.
