Credit Cards:
Cyndtek accepts major credit and debit cards through approved payment processors.
Payment card information entered during checkout is processed securely by our payment providers. Cyndtek does not receive or store complete payment card numbers when card information is entered directly through a payment provider’s secure payment interface.
Card authorization and payment processing may occur at checkout or at another stage of order processing depending on the payment method and transaction.
Net Terms:
Cyndtek offers multiple levels of credit terms for our customers.

- NET 15
- NET 30
- NET 45
- NET 60
- Credit terms are subject to application review, approval, and assigned credit limits. Extended terms may require management approval.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, past-due balances may be subject to a finance charge of up to 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. Accounts with unresolved past-due balances may be placed on credit hold or referred for collection.
- Dishonored payments may be subject to applicable bank or processing fees.
PayPal:
Cyndtek accepts PayPal for eligible transactions.
Customers may pay through the Cyndtek website or through payment instructions provided by Cyndtek for manually processed orders.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders requiring prepayment will not ship until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Bank Wire Transfer:
Cyndtek accepts domestic and international bank wire transfers.
For manually processed orders, Cyndtek will provide payment instructions on the applicable invoice or pro forma invoice.
Orders requiring prepayment will ship after cleared funds have been received and the material is ready for shipment.
Bank charges, intermediary bank fees, and other transfer costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
ACH
Cyndtek accepts ACH payments from eligible U.S.-based customers and financial institutions.
For manually processed transactions, ACH instructions may be provided on the applicable invoice or pro forma invoice.
Orders requiring prepayment will ship after cleared funds have been received and the material is ready for shipment.
Payment References
To help ensure accurate and timely processing, please include the applicable Cyndtek invoice, order, or purchase order number with all payments.
New customers requesting tax-exempt treatment must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate before the applicable transaction is processed as tax exempt.
