Credit Cards: 

Cyndtek accepts major credit cards, including debit cards that are issued by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

Credit Card charge will not process until your order is ready to be shipped.

Per Cyndtek privacy policy, credit card information is not kept on file.  Once product is shipped, credit card information is automatically deleted from our files.

Net Terms: 

Cyndtek offers multiple levels of credit terms for our customers.

  • NET 5 (Pay within 5 days of product receipt)
  • NET 15 (Pay within 15 days of product receipt)
  • NET 30 (Pay within 30 days of product receipt)
  • NET 45* (Pay within 45 days of product receipt)
  • NET 60* (Pay within 60 days of product receipt)

Credit terms available upon credit application approval.  *Extended Terms must be approved by management. Payments are the sole responsibility of customer with any past due balances accruing a monthly interest rate of 1.5%.  Customers that have not contacted Cyndtek regarding late payment after 90 days may be referred to collections. Any dishonored check will incur a $40.00 service fee if check cannot be redeposited.  

Credit Application:

Complete and email credit application along with credit references.

PayPal: 

Once your order is processed, we will email you a proforma invoice with payment instructions on how to pay via PayPal.  Cyndtek only accepts payment in US dollars.

Bank Wire Transfer: 

Once your order is processed, we will email you a proforma invoice with payment instructions on how to wire the funds. Your order will be shipped once we receive the funds in full and shipment is ready.  Bank wire transfers include an additional $25 bank fee.

ACH

Automated Clearing House.  Cyndtek offers ACH payments from USA based customers/banks.

Once order if fulfilled and ready to ship, we will email you a proforma invoice with payment instructions on how to transfer the funds. Your order will be shipped once we receive the funds in full.

**For faster processing on all payments, please reference your order number on the submitted payment.

**New customers with resale certificates must provide them with initial order.
