The LMH0346SQ/NOPB 3 Gbps HD/SD SDI Reclocker is a versatile device designed to retimes serial digital video data in compliance with SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M, and SMPTE 259M (C) Standards. It supports various data rates, including 270 Mbps, 1.483 Gbps, 1.485 Gbps, 2.967 Gbps, and 2.97 Gbps, as well as DVB-ASI operation at 270 Mbps. Operating with a single 3.3V supply, the LMH0346SQ/NOPB automatically detects incoming data rates and adjusts itself to suppress accumulated jitter. It features two differential, reclocked outputs and offers the choice of a second reclocked output or a low-jitter, differential, data-rate clock output. The device incorporates controls and indicators, including options for manual or automatic rate selection, SD/HD operating rate indicator output, lock detect output, and output mute function for data and clock.

Its differential LVPECL compatible serial data inputs and outputs, as well as LVCMOS control inputs and indicator outputs, make it highly adaptable. The LMH0346 is available in a compact 20-pin HTSSOP package and an even smaller 24-pin WQFN package, suitable for a wide range of applications such as SDTV/HDTV and 3 Gbps Serial Digital Video Interfaces in digital video routers, switchers, processing and editing equipment, DVB-ASI equipment, and video standards and format converters, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
