These outputs, with a 3-state capability, can be deactivated by applying a HIGH TTL logic level to the common OE input. Specifically designed for systems integrating ECL and TTL logic sharing a common power supply, the MC10H350 maintains separate VCC power pins to isolate noisy TTL VCC runs from quieter ECL VCC runs on the printed circuit board. Its differential inputs allow versatile usage as an inverting or noninverting translator, or as a differential line receiver. Additionally, the MC10H350MG can drive CMOS with the inclusion of a pullup resistor. Notable features include a typical propagation delay of 3.5 ns, compatibility with MECL 10K™, and availability in Pb−Free packages.
