Product Description
The Supermicro AOC-ATG-i2TM is a dual-port 10GbE RJ45 network adapter built for supported Supermicro servers with an AIOM slot. It uses the Intel X550-AT2 Ethernet controller and provides two 10GBase-T copper Ethernet connections.
Each port supports up to 10GbE networking through standard RJ45 cabling. Cat6 cabling is supported up to 55 meters, while Cat6A supports runs up to 100 meters. The adapter also supports jumbo frames, VLAN tagging, PXE boot, and iSCSI boot.
This model is made for Supermicro’s proprietary AIOM interface. It is not a standard PCIe add-in card and will not install into a normal PCIe x4, x8, or x16 slot. Please confirm that your Supermicro server or motherboard has a compatible AIOM slot before purchase.
